Arrow Machine Helps Customers Expand Production Capacity

We first met Mr. Rafael at an exhibition, at that time, he only had two sets of old double screw extruders and had already stopped producing snack food. Recognizing the potential for reuse of the existing equipment, we designed a special machine for Mr. Rafael, which helped him to increase the production of many different types of snack food such as core-filling snacks of various shapes, cornflakes, and breakfast cereals.

Our special design not only helped Mr. Rafael to reuse his existing equipment but also helped him to increase the production of different snack foods, which gave him a competitive edge in the market. Our team of engineers worked closely with Mr. Rafael to understand his specific needs and requirements and provided him with a customized solution that met his needs perfectly.

As a result of this collaboration, Mr. Rafael was able to restart his production line and increase the output of his factory. He was able to employ 25 workers in his factory and expand his production to include other products according to the needs of his local market. His factory building now covers an area of 5,000 square meters and is equipped with the latest food machinery technology, which allows him to unify all of his production lines.
